Reimbursement Policy and Procedure
1. 2026 Kit Reimbursement criteria
– Must have paid 2026 annual club dues
– Must wear current version of team kit during races, rides, and charity events
(team kit is defined as club jersey and club bibs or shorts)
– Must have participated in two designated team charity events (see section 2)
– Up to $100 will be reimbursed per club member per year for a kit
2. Eligible Charity Events
– Haven House Fundraiser
– Volunteer for TCBA Youth Cycling Club
– Ride of Silence
– Two Hours of volunteer time at Lansing Bicycle Co-op
– Jeaneen Reynolds memorial ride
– Grand Rapids Gran Fondo
– ODRAM
– Barry-Roubaix Fall Fondo
3. How to request reimbursement
Please email the club at [email protected] before Dec 31st.
Please use the below example format for your email:
Example:
